You could install the Kronicle Word Add-in by adopting the following steps -
a) Click on the Insert Icon in your MS word Document
b) Select Get Add-ins
c) Browse the list of Office Add-in or search for Kronicle Word Add-in in the search box
d) Select the Kronicle Add-in

Trial Users also have access to our Tech Support during their Trial onboarding session.
Our team values the time of the users and responds at the earliest, during normal business hours.
For certain organisation subscriptions, users will be entitled to escalated support.
We provide on-site support through customised plans. Each such Support agreement may include an entitlement to an on-site support presence. If the on-site allowance is used up, we continue resolving issues through off-site cases, conference calls, and virtual meetings
Once a user raises a support case, depending on the nature of the query and escalation levels - our team would get back to them with a response, to registered email linked to the Administrator of each user organisation.
The users may connect to us using their preferred channel. They may get in touch with us over the phone, email or Skype as well.
The users can stay updated about the progress of their issue resolution by
(i) checking the status of their complaint within their Admin section and;
(ii) monitoring the emails received from our Team
Open a support case online - e-mail your query to the relevant dedicated email.
The user shall be required to furnish the following detail-
- Subscriber details; and
- Issue sought to be resolved.

Yes. Kronicle offers a free trial version for a duration of 30 days.
Assemble- The Kronicle Assembler assists the user in creation of automated contracts. A user can quickly and efficiently create new contracts from pre-approved standardized templates stored in the repository.
Review- Our signature tools for Reviewing a Contract include the ‘Agreement Index’, ’Assess’ and ‘Addi-tor’ tools. Use of these tools simplifies contract navigation and review by highlighting the appropriate clauses to achieve desired contractual outcomes. With one click users can review a dashboard of proofreading issues present throughout their entire document without leaving MS Word.
The subscribers to the account (individual or organisation) would be responsible for the annual subscription payments and any third-party integrations (e-signatures, accounting packages) which they install on the platform.
The Admin can adjust the permissions of any user or other team members. You can change permissions of each user/ team member on the Admin Page. There can be only one Admin for every business subscription
Access to Kronicle Tools and our databases/ libraries would be limited to only the registered users, who have subscribed to the respective tools, plans or libraries.
After you’ve purchased your Kronicle business subscription, the next step is to create a user account for each user, such as -david@abc.com or george@abc.com.
If you purchased an individual subscription for yourself and each of your users when you bought the subscription, the user license will automatically be assigned to the employees and colleagues when you create their user account.
You can manage the Kroniclers from the Admin dashboard.
When you choose subscriber management, you will be able to review your current users and upgrade or downgrade their access to subscriptions plans, as the case may be.

1. Find the use details of the user whose subscription plan you wish to change in the list of Users.
2. Against the User you could upgrade or downgrade the subscription plan for that individual user.
Accordingly, the billings would be reflected on the system
You will be notified 30 days before plan is set to renew. At this time, you can change the number of seats on your plan for the next one; otherwise, it will renew for the same number of seats again. You could also choose not to renew your annual plan.

For users in India, we shall be levying in Indian Rupees (INR)
Yes. However, tax invoices are not available in real-time and typically take anywhere from 48 hours up to 5 days before they are available for download from your Admin page.
If your region requires tax breakdowns, registration numbers, and invoices or purchase receipts, you'll find them in your Admin Section. You would be required to sign in to Order History with your Kronicle account. If you have more than one Kronicle account, be sure to sign in to the one used for the order in question.
1. Find the order in the list and select Order detail. If you don't see your order, select a different time period in the Ordered within dropdown list.
